These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and honda44 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the honda44 online gaming platform accessible at https://honda44.cam, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

honda44 operates as an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games, and instant-win products, with services directed primarily at players located in Malaysia. All transactions on the platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise.

By accessing the honda44 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or game stake, you represent that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted all terms set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Access to the honda44 Platform and registration of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. honda44 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This is non-negotiable. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.
• Territorial Restrictions: You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Territory at the time of accessing or using the Platform. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by the Platform or through any third-party responsible gambling programme.
• Acting on Your Own Behalf: You must be registering and using the Platform solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

To access real-money gaming on the Platform, you are required to register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of all information held on your Account and to promptly notify honda44 of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify honda44 immediately via the contact details provided in Section 15.

honda44 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time by requesting documentary evidence, including but not limited to a valid Malaysian identification card (MyKad), passport, driver's licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any Account balance to any third party.
• You may not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• You acknowledge that only one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is permitted.
• honda44 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account that it reasonably believes is being operated in breach of these Terms.

honda44 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Malaysian market, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and BNB. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you elect to use a cryptocurrency method, in which case a fiat-equivalent value is applied at the time of processing.

The following general conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. honda44 does not accept third-party payment arrangements.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; please refer to the current deposit guide on the Platform for the most up-to-date limits.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests withheld pending identity confirmation.
• honda44 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for e-wallet and FPX methods. Processing times for cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times and may take longer.
• The Platform reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request that it deems to require further scrutiny in accordance with its AML obligations.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of the deposited principal may be processed, except where expressly waived in writing by honda44.

honda44 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated winnings that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device.
• Prohibited Game Contributions: Certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering requirements. Refer to the relevant promotion page for full contribution details.
• Abuse & Fraud: honda44 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has attempted to abuse any promotional offer, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other improper means.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: honda44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress by eligible Players.

All bets and wagers placed on the honda44 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games, or instant games. These rules are available within each product category on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended except in circumstances expressly provided for in the relevant game or betting rules.
• In sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, the settlement rules applicable to that specific market will apply.
• honda44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error ("palpable error"), including but not limited to odds that are obviously incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.
• The Platform does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games and markets may be suspended, removed, or temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, provider updates, or other operational reasons.
• Maximum win limits per single wager or per day may apply and will be communicated within the relevant product's rules section.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the honda44 Platform. Any breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological device to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in relation to sports betting outcomes or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems. Any bugs discovered must be reported to honda44 support immediately rather than exploited.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, manipulating wagering requirements, or circumventing any restriction imposed by the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of "arbitrage betting" or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not consistent with good-faith recreational play.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Territory or in breach of the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of honda44.

• The "honda44" name, logo, and associated brand elements are proprietary trademarks of honda44. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by licensed third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is used on the Platform under licence. You are not granted any rights in respect of such third-party intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, honda44 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the provision of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance downtime, or third-party service provider outages;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or out of date;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss howsoever arising.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. Where honda44's liability cannot be wholly excluded, its aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant event.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by honda44 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

Minor amendments, such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which honda44 operates, as determined by its international licensing arrangements. Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
